How much does Prenuvo cost in 2026?
Prenuvo's standalone Whole Body Scan is $2,499, described as a roughly 50-minute MRI covering the major organs and brain. The same scan is the centre of its Comprehensive membership, also $2,499 per year, which adds a lab panel, follow-up labs at six months and two results reviews. The Executive membership starts at $3,999 per year and runs up to $4,999 depending on the clinic; it extends the scan to about 60 minutes, adding body composition, an advanced brain scan and a larger lab panel. Prenuvo's own footnote puts the $3,999 price only at clinics where its Advanced Heart Health Assessment is not yet available, so the heart assessment comes with the higher-priced locations, not the entry price.
Prenuvo also sells a shorter head-to-mid-thigh Focused Scan at a lower price. Its own listing says arms, spine and aneurysm assessment are not included, so it is not a whole-body product and is not compared here.
How much does Ezra cost in 2026?
Ezra is now sold as Function's MRI screening service, and its pricing page lists three MRI tiers. The entry tier is a 22-minute scan of the head, neck, abdomen and pelvis only, priced below a whole-body scan; it excludes the chest, lungs, heart, breasts, arms, legs, spine, esophagus and bowel. The MRI Scan with Spine is $1,699 and adds the spine in a 47-minute scan while keeping the other exclusions. The MRI Scan with Skeletal and Neurological Assessment is $3,999 across two sessions of about 60 minutes, adding a hips-and-knees assessment, a head-and-neck MR angiogram, brain analysis and body composition profiling. Even at that tier, the chest, lungs, heart and breasts stay off the list.
How much does Function Health cost in 2026?
Function Health is a laboratory membership, not an imaging product. Its pricing page lists $365 per year, charged annually, for 160+ lab tests taken twice a year, clinician review of every result and a personalised action plan. Imaging is a separate purchase through Ezra at the member prices above.
How do Prenuvo, Ezra and Function compare with a full-body scan in Taiwan?
The nearest New Dawn product to a Prenuvo or Ezra scan is the Light package at $1,399: a radiation-free full-body MRI without contrast covering the head, neck, abdomen, pelvis and whole spine, plus a low-dose lung CT for the chest and thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds, with a doctor's debrief in the same two-hour visit. Complete ($1,699) adds a DEXA bone scan and a coronary calcium score CT; Plus ($3,099) adds CT angiography, a brain MRA and a carotid ultrasound.
| Service | List price (USD, 2026-09-08) | Modality | Anatomy covered | What the price includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Function Health membership | $365 per year | Blood tests | None; laboratory only | 160+ lab tests twice a year, clinician review, action plan; imaging sold separately |
| New Dawn Light package | $1,399 | MRI (no contrast), low-dose CT, ultrasound | Head, neck, abdomen, pelvis, whole spine by MRI; chest and lungs by low-dose CT; thyroid and abdomen by ultrasound | Scan, radiologist report, doctor's debrief, about 2 hours on site |
| Ezra MRI Scan with Spine | $1,699 | MRI | Head, neck, abdomen, pelvis, spine | 47-minute scan; excludes chest, lungs, heart, breasts, limbs, oesophagus and bowel |
| New Dawn Complete package | $1,699 | Light plus DEXA and calcium-score CT | Light coverage plus DEXA bone strength and coronary calcium | Everything in Light, about 2.5 hours on site |
| Prenuvo Whole Body Scan | $2,499 | MRI | Whole body, major organs and brain | About 50-minute scan; labs and results reviews only in the memberships |
| New Dawn Plus package | $3,099 | Complete plus CT angiography, brain MRA, carotid ultrasound | Complete coverage plus head, neck and coronary vessels | Everything in Complete, about 3.5 hours on site |
| Ezra MRI Scan with Skeletal and Neurological Assessment (top tier) | $3,999 | MRI, two sessions | Head, neck, abdomen, pelvis, spine, hips, knees, head-and-neck vessels | Two sessions of about 60 minutes, brain analysis, body composition; excludes chest, lungs, heart, breasts |
Read the table by row, not by column. Ezra's $1,699 tier and New Dawn's $1,699 tier cost the same and cover different anatomy: one omits the chest and lungs entirely, the other images them by low-dose CT and adds a DEXA bone scan. Prenuvo's $2,499 scan is the closest match to Light in coverage, and the gap between the two is the price of a Taipei visit versus a US clinic. Prenuvo lists its results reviews inside the memberships rather than in the standalone scan price; the Light price includes the doctor's debrief.
Why is "full body" not the same scan at every company?
Head-to-mid-thigh, head-to-ankle, selected-organ, whole-body and single-region scans are different products. Some exclude the chest, lungs, breasts, heart, limbs, bowel or spine. The presence of AI, a high-field scanner or a radiology report does not erase these differences.
A valid comparison matches the same modality, anatomy, sequences, contrast, report, image files, clinician review and follow-up. Promotions, memberships and location-specific pricing belong in a separate line from the standard self-pay price.
Is whole-body MRI screening recommended?
The American College of Radiology's 2023 statement says there is not sufficient evidence to justify recommending total-body screening for patients with no clinical symptoms, risk factors or family history suggesting underlying disease, and that there is no documented evidence it is cost-efficient or prolongs life. No commercial scan replaces established breast, cervical, colorectal, oral or eligibility-based lung cancer screening. Incidental findings can lead to additional testing, procedures, anxiety and cost, and those follow-ups are not in any of the prices above.
A large blood panel is not automatically beneficial either. Each test should have a reason, and abnormal results may need confirmation. Combining a lab membership with imaging does not create a medically validated longevity protocol.

US / UK terms and the closest Taiwan context
Read this first: These are comparison aids, not claims that coverage, credentials, or care pathways are equivalent. Europe is not one health system; UK examples below refer specifically to NHS England.
Radiology report, DICOM, and PACS
- What it means there
- A radiology report is the clinician’s interpretation. DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is the international standard for medical images and related information. PACS is a system used to store and retrieve imaging data.
- Closest Taiwan context
- Taiwan facilities may use the same international imaging standards, but the available export medium, viewer, report language, and delivery time are facility-specific.
- Do not treat as equivalent
- Receiving a PDF report does not necessarily mean the diagnostic images are included. Receiving DICOM files does not replace a signed clinical report or guarantee that another facility can import every file.
- What to ask
- Ask separately for the signed report, report language, complete DICOM study, delivery method, viewer needs, release timing, and any fee.
