Language & Communication: Consultations and medical explanations are conducted directly by English-fluent specialists. Support staff have limited English skills but regularly use Google Translate to ensure smooth coordination.

Contact Lens Advice: Please bring your current eyeglasses with you to the appointment. If you wear contact lenses, remove them prior to examination (or switch to glasses before your appointment) to ensure accurate corneal measurements and refraction.

Holds your slot. Cancel 14 or more days before your exam for a full refund; 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior; no refund within 7 days or for missed appointments. Rescheduling is free 7 or more days ahead, to any available date within 12 months of booking.
Health history questionnaire
If relevant to your package & partner provider, we will email you a confidential Personal & Health Information Questionnaire and ask for a copy of your ID. The hospital needs this information to prep your visit safely.
