1. Consultation Begin your journey with a 30-minute private consultation with Dr. Lo. As a New Dawn Health client, you will receive a complimentary skin diagnosis using our advanced AURA 3D technology. To secure your appointment, a $50 USD consultation deposit is required, which will be fully credited toward any treatment you choose to pursue.
2. Treatment Planning Following your skin analysis, you will receive a personalized, itemized quote for your recommended treatments. To book your procedure, a 30% deposit of the total treatment cost is required to reserve your preferred date and time.
Booking & Cancellation Policy To provide the highest level of care, we reserve dedicated staff and clinical space for your specific time slot. Please note Provenir Clinic's deposit terms:

Rescheduling: We offer one complimentary rescheduling if requested at least 3 business days prior to your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made with less than 3 business days' notice will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.

$50 USD refundable deposit
Holds your slot. Cancel 14 or more days before your exam for a full refund; 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior; no refund within 7 days or for missed appointments. Rescheduling is free 7 or more days ahead, to any available date within 12 months of booking.
Health history questionnaire
If relevant to your package & partner provider, we will email you a confidential Personal & Health Information Questionnaire and ask for a copy of your ID. The hospital needs this information to prep your visit safely.

Once your deposit is in, book a 10-minute video call with our concierge team before your visit. We'll walk you through preparation, what to expect, and answer your questions.
