Language & Communication: Consultations and medical explanations are conducted directly by English-fluent specialists. Support staff have limited English skills but regularly use Google Translate to ensure smooth coordination.

Contact Lens & Eye Drop Advice: Please avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of your appointment and refrain from using artificial tears or eye drops for at least 2 hours prior to testing for accurate tear film measurements.
